Can you use hydro peroxide for Kings mix?

I have organic soils and kings mix and I just used it for organic soils but I was thinking since the kings mix is medium, I would not risk to use it so I ordered bti mosquito bites but I want to do something today before they deliver tomorrow. Should I dilute 1/4 and use it or should I leave it to make it more dry then use bti to make a tea and feed it tomorrow it’s in early to mid flowering.

Wouldnt h202 kill all life
Bti will kill gnats but you have to use it on all soil in your house for 2 weeks maybe
