its kinda late but people have till the 31st of july to voice their opinions about the proposed changes to canadian mmj licenses . Health canada wants to phase out personal growing licenses while giving licenses to private commercial growers with them having the say on who gets what if anything , please voice your opinion on the health canada site , tell em their ideas suck the big one haha
