Canna Terra - Flowering Question

I've just switched over to 12.12 last night, I'm about too flush one of my plants as it's looking a bit sickly (I think I over fed rhiz and vega) but after the flush I want too know how much rhiz + flores I need too add to 10L water. Should I just build it up slowly to ppm of 1400?

Canna has a feeding chart http://www.canna-uk.com/growguide why not refer to it?
You don't add Flores in the first 2 weeks of flowering, add 38ml/10l Vega and 20ml/10l or Rhizatonic (Light feeding) for this week, increase to 47 - 20 (Normal feeding) when they recover.
Only after 2 weeks or when you see the appearance of flowers you begin to transition from Vega to Flores.
Do 2 parts of Vega 1 part of Flores on week 3 then, 1 part of Vega 2 parts of Flores on week 4, then you just use Flores according to the feeding schedule. That's what Canna rep. told me.

I think it would be a better idea not to water the flushed plant for a week, let it recover while soil dries out.
