Cannabis plants new growth keep Turing yellow

Hello there, I have been growing for years and never ran into this problem until now. My plants go from bring healthy to turning yellow and scraggly. Idk whats wrong. I flushed, I checked the ppm, the ph and everything is good. Could it be a plant disease? Please help!

what’s temp and humidity 24/7?
check for mites, gnats etc?

Move those lights up about 2 ft or they arent getting enough dry time btwn waters

seems like some of us myself included would grow better under candle light

It was russet mites, First time dealing with them in 5yrs of growing so never even thought about them. Thought it was nute lock out or a plant disease but managed to fix the problem with some nuke em and sulfur/water spray mix.
