what medium are you using?Day 15
Still got those brown spots taking over the lower leaves. Will add calmag to every watering from now on.
But they still on track.
Got some leaves curling but I do believe it’s because of to much fan
good move with the light..Day 16
All going good. Lowered the lights a bit to get ppfd to 400. That might’ve been the cause or at least participated in the browning… I think getting it to 450-480 so soon was a bit premature (even though they didn’t seem to mind it, I think that’s due to co2 levels being around 1000-1500). Especially knowing I didn’t start feeding yet.

Too much wind slows down photosynthesis because the plants have to spend more energy on making thicker stems to keep themselves upright instead of making big flowers, more isn't always better brother. A good quality silica supplement used as a foliar spray once a week will get you thicker stems without having to grow the plants in a wind tunnel, just don't apply after the first 2 weeks in flower. You have some nice equipment to play with there, definitely makes things easier with a proper setup like that. It’s the Quest 70 yes sorry.
I turned off 3 of the fans due to too much air circulation. I actually had 9 because I really wanted good air circulation.
I live in a area where mean annual humidity is 80% so I didn’t want to get tricked.
This is my first time designing such a « big » room, I didn’t want to regret it by not having enough stuff.
Also having 2 in case one fails is imo a smart move if you can afford it. Like engines on liners. You can fly with one but they all have 2.
Why did you decide on going with soil? Wouldn't it have been easier to run higher plant counts in coir especially when using bottle nutrients and smaller pots anyway?More is defo not better. What I have here is definitely nice but you have to learn to use it. It’s like riding in a Toyota Yaris for 20 years then buying a lambo. You gotta learn to ride it cause it’s damn powerful and you can easily mess it up!
Are you planning on taking cuttings from these plants?Like I said, first grow this size and for various reasons I can’t go wrong with it. Only have soil experience so I decided to go with what I know I can get right even if it’s more work. Plant count doesn’t matter that’s why I’m not cramming it.
