I just thought about this one when making regular biscuits from scratch the other day.

2 C - All Pourpose Flour
1 C - Whole Wheat Flour
4 1/2 tsp - Baking Powder
2 tbl - Sugar
1/2 tsp - Salt
3/4 tsp - Cream of Tartar (can use 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp ;\) )
*3/4 C - Cannabutter*
1 egg - beaten
~ 1 C - Milk

Preheat oven to 450º
Combine both flours, Baking Powder, sugar, salt, & Crean of Tartar.
Wisk.

Cut in Cannabutter, with wisk still, until mix resembles coarse cornmeal.
Switch to spoon and add egg, and slowly add milk mixing briefly to desired texture.
(I tend to use a little more than half a cup)

Knead lightly on a floured board or counter.
Roll or pat to 1" thickness and cut with floured biscuit cutter
space about 2" apart on greased cookie sheet
Bake 12 - 15 minutes
Yield: 20 biscuits (depending on size)
