Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but I thought I'd share my Google Sheet spreadsheet that I use as my growlog. I've updated this numerous times over the past few years, as you can see by the version number.
I make a copy of the template for each plant that I keep a log for. So when I have a mother plant and another in flower, I will keep two logs. Once I'm done, I take the old logs and store them in an archive folder.

Go to file and make a copy for your own account or download an XLS version or whatever. Note that downloading an XLS version will break the auto-timestamp script.
Any field with the NEON GREEN lines above and below is open for editing. Editing the pH, EC or temperature (MEDIUM fields) will trigger the auto timestamp. Basically, as soon as you enter anything into those fields (it may take a few seconds to populate), it will automatically fill the DATE/TIME field with the date and time. I have it set to American date formatting and 24 hour time, but you can easily change this by changing the formatting for the field. The timestamp is triggered by a script, so if you need to delete or edit the data in that field, it won't mess anything up.
Any field with the BLACK lines above and below are protected because they have formulas for tabulating data. e.g. the DIFF WATER fields take your WATER pH and EC to show the difference between the MEDIUM values. This makes it easy to see the EC of your added nutrients. Another useful feature is DRIFT. Enter any value into the SHOW DRIFT field and it will show the difference between the current MEDIUM entry and the prior one.
I use this sheet for DWC, hence things like the DWC Chart, but I don't see why you couldn't use it for other types of hydro or even soil.
Most of the fields in the sheet are self-explanatory and have notes telling you what they are and some other info.
The main sheet is the grow log.
Light Chart sheet is for calculating light values (PPFD to DLI) and also has a list for natural light schedules, which you can change to your local area to track outdoor growing or to mimic conditions of your ideal locale.
DWC Chart is a flow chart for troubleshooting DWC problems.
Feed Chart is EC, PPM, and grams of dry nutrients that I use - I use General Hydroponics dry nutrients (MaxiGrow and MaxiBloom), so if that is what you use, you may find that useful without any need to tinker with it.
Formulas is just recipes for making your own TDS calibration solution and 3M KCl solution for pH pen storage.
If anyone has any suggestions for improving the sheet, I'm open to entertaining adding that feature, but don't get upset if I ignore it and don't want to. Besides, you can always take what I've made and add or remove whatever you want.
Hope a few of you find this as useful as it has been for me. It's helped me a lot with keeping records, mainly because manually entering the date and time is a PITA on mobile, and the DRIFT feature has helped me diagnose a lot of problems and observe trends to ensure that my pH is properly managed during reservoir changes.
