I'm using the Coco A/B. Was using the 13/14 PK, used a bit far into flower. Definitely some spires for me. I'm pulling way back in nutes this run, though I may add CO2 for this one and change it all up. Once I use all the nutes I have I'll be switching to Green Planet.

Yes it will cause some foxtails, but the last couple runs I did not use it. Just base nutrients, extra Cal Mag and Silica. Some of the best I have ran with a known strain. What really causes the foxtails is too much light towards the end of flower. Right now I am of the opinion about 63/4 weeks to start lowing the DLI down to like 60 percent by the end of day 63

Yeah reckon that's the cause of mine. I'm turning this down now have just been trying to get her to churn through some nutrients. New light is definitely helping frosting but yeah definitely time to turn her down just on day 63 today.

This one has always had amazing structure and was always going to have some fat flowers. Now she's got the SE 3000 all to herself and just getting crystal clear and RO. Reckon will run to at least 11 weeks based on white hairs and still lots of clear trichs. Have bent a whole bunch of stuff just to stress her a little and just open the whole thing up. Has been trapped in a corner so have been able to properly clean out the undergrowth too

See that leaf tip curl upwards..i believe thats heat or light related or both..i had that first grow under the gavita 6/750 and my top leaves dried to a crisp.i did have a fan blowing on tops so that wouldnt of helped either so i reckon you should move light up a little.ill just put this here so the other more experienced growers can comment if that is the case..

No reason...its just that im getting good results without it.def agree with the boost lol.ive cut it right back on the amount and i should do a side by side to compare..stopped with si aswell and with cal mag once twice a week and thats only because sometimes when i mix im under the ppm im giving them, so i just add 10-50ppm to the nutes to get it to thevppm i want..i use tank water which only reads 10ppm so that just goes to show the whats in mm the nutes is adequate .but i do get mag def around weeks and sometimes as soon as they go into flower.once treated it never comes back..no rhizo or cannazyme used but i do use professors go roots with added humic acid but i think the humic is falling out of the mix as i see it in the cetre of the nute bucket.i might have to find one more canna friendly.. sorry for clogging up your diary brother..goes back under rock

I have! It's on day 8 of dry, I really wanted to get 10-14 but it's been hard to keep the RH up in there. May still get to 10 but probably trim tonight or tomorrow. But I've been picking little ones as we go, still very moist in the middle which gives me hope we'll get to the 10 days. Into jars with 62% packs to cure.

Even still a bit wet and not cured yet it's delicious. So much so I decided it was time to upgrade the age old Arizer Solo 1 that has done me so well. New toy purchased. Just can't bring myself to waste these terps on a bong haha

So it was decided that at 8 days of drying these were at risk of going too far. Sticks pretty crackly. Got humidifier in there now, hoping to get the next plant out to 10-12 days. It's much more nuggety than this one, should have a lot less popcorn. As it was this one had a bit. That's fine, this plant also has a few seeds so as lovely and tasty as this stuff is it will be first option for joints. The small girl that is hanging in the second photo looks stunning and the heads are properly dense. These were a little airy and larfy.

Happy to have first one done. Took about 3 hours and this should be the shortest one. Once I got to the really larfy stuff I just crammed it all in with the sugar leaves and straight into freezer for studying once I get my screens. Still ended up with 40g of nice chunky heads on left, and 63 of the more popcorn stuff on the right. Pretty happy with 103 from first plant ever. Pretty sure I'll get more from that second girl.

I'll definitely get more out of this girl. Looking at the trichomes I'm hoping to have it ready to come down by next weekend. Would take me through to 74 days. But I'm happy to keep flushing it and letting those white hairs darken and get some more amber in the trichs. She looking good though.

Looks nice, I've just received a SE3000 from Spider Farmer and it's my first led grow. I hope I can do as well as you have. I started this Bubble Bomb under an SF1000 and turned her to flower about a week ago. I've just done my first scrog with it I'll see how that goes as well. You got some good volume out of your first and like you say this one should = or more.

How far under the light were you keeping your plant through flower and at what power setting? Did you use a meter of any kind to gauge intensity....I'm used to T5's & hps .....I don't want to fry it or under cook it either any help would be great....

I have iPhone 12 and use photone. If you have any kind of recent iPhone photone is basically a lux meter. I started under Mars Hydro and I actually gave mine too much light and caused some foxtailing. I'm through bulking and into ripening so with the SE 3000 I'm at 6" set to about 75%. It's giving me around 35 DLI at the very top sites.

Thanks, No cell phone, I have a lux meter that reads about 33,000 at the top of the canopy turned to 70% 19" away...I'll keep it there for a bit then turn it up a couple thousand lux at a time every few days If I see problems I'll dial it back.

This has become a pretty special run now with my fav girl. I said all along I wished I'd taken cuttings from her, and now I get to just focus on her, keep flushing, and give her all the attention of the Spider Farmer SE 3000 to help finish and frost her up. I've got it backed right back to 50% now 6" from the very tops. The canopy is being kept pretty even by the big tops bending down now under the weight. Really helping the stuff in the middle ripen up. This is day 67 of flower now, if I can get it thru another week of flushing at the rate it's frosting under the new light I should get the nugs this plant was always destined to produce. Learning a lot from my first plant as I dry and cure it, will improve from what I've learned when I'm doing the second girl, and then this girl will come down in hopefully another week maybe two, and be dried in the tent where I can keep humidity at a perfect 60-62 and make my ultimate top shelf stash from this grow.

The stuff I'm smoking now is from plant one which got 56 day 12/12, 8 day dry which probably could've been 10, misjudged how dry the sticks were. Still beautiful but I'm having to give them longer periods with lids off jar as there was a tiny bit of moisture in the middle still. They will be in day 4 or 5 of cure tomorrow so they'll get a 62% pack in the next day or two and keep curing away, but such a great experience to smoke them day by day and see what the curing process does to the flavour and smoothness. I can see what a lot of the older growers mean when they say the cure has a lot more to do with the cleanness and flavour than flushing (lots of experimental evidence for this btw).

Next run once this girl is out and finished drying, and the tent has had a thorough clean down with chlorine bleach, will be a little 3x3 power run with 1 or 2 monster cropped clones from the big girl who revegged later and had to be thrown. These are revegging outside atm in 1 gal fabric pots with coco. Will post about their progress when the sun comes up tomorrow. Amazing to see the difference in their structure as compared to a veg clone or seed. Kinda cool.

Also I realise how bad the trim job is. Go easy was my first go and I've learned from this one what the leaves look like that look innocent when you're trimming but really show up as they keep curing. Was very tired too haha. My other two girls will get the Rolls Royce treatment

Gday mate, just a thought:
We both have GG4 seeds, you do dirt and I do hydro and we have different light setups.
Perhaps one day we could line up a side by side grow and joint grow journal to do a bit of a comparative grow of the same strain at the same time under 2 quite different setups?
I am about half way thru my Autos and not looking to replant til early new year, looks like you have your next grow lined up with your revegged plants. Might take us awhile to line things up but that’s ok.
I have BB3, GG4, Gorilla Zkittlez, some freebie Amnesia Lemon. I was actually going to run BB3 next but haven’t quite decided.

Could be a cool thing to do, couple boys from Downunder growing the same thing side by side at the same time in 2 different setups.

I like it! Yeah reckon once this one is done I'll be straight into flower on the reveg girls, so probably 10-12 weeks after that for next one. Definitely keen to do some glue after that. Need some indica in my life. Balance and all that... Technically I'm in coco so closer to hydro than soil is for sure but still good to see the difference. My next grows going forward will be different again in that they'll be smaller fabric pots so hoping for far better root development and less humidity issues in the tent. 3x3 as well so should have more room for air movement. Gonna add from 2-4 more fans too For all the exaggeration and hyperbole in this game the one thing that has proved true is you can *never* have enough fans hehe. Gonna do a lot more to control stretch and use the net better, and pull back nutes more and sooner during flower to help let things thicken up. Held on too long with PK and held up fattening a bit. Too much light and not enough UV slowed frosting which new light has helped.

Long way of saying I'll be on my third by then and should be tuned in so should be a better comparison by then! Let's get it happening.

Great, it might take us awhile to line it up but could be fun. Forgot you were coco, but I think there are enough differences setup/grow wise for it to be an interesting run for us both. Let’s keep touching base and good luck w that last gal.
