I really haven't done the best job with them, but here are my Panama girls at day 77. The potential in this line on a plant level is unreal. Smell is astringent lime.

Did I pollinate some branches? I pollinated some branches.

Ace says panama haze is their favorite haze cross. Just sayin.

When i talk about vigor....this was the Panamas the day before flip.

But point blank, where in human experience did anyone get that idea? It literally does not make sense. Nothing in life is perfect like that, right?

...

But this idea that everything has to be matched to numbers to be of use is obviously silly. My point is, the impulse to necessarily have to translate my experience I have with myself with my plant I grow that I also imbibe to some idealized form of like "m amount of X and n amount of Y and o amount of Z" as opposed to "Stuff (which I do my best to name and separate out because that is all of strong interest) seems to be in these densities relative to each other, so start with that and fine tune by feel cause everything has some wiggle" is itself silly but also kind of ingrained in me, perhaps, by a world in which the phrase "time is money" just rolls off the tongue because an awful lot of people literally sell their time for their money (as opposed to a product or something...and you might say "well yeah but how much time does it take you to make that product" at which point I mean listen I think my whole "EVERYTHING IS QUANTIFIED" attitude argument has been made, right?)

This is probably not the expected response, but I think it is time for me to switch to dirt and slow things down.

Stop worrying about recipes and different components, ratios, and just let the plant help me figure this out. Start growing some weird shit. But don't expect any haiku out of me.

You have tons of weird shit to grow! The tvic is very weird, likely.

If you are thinking about dirt, the book teaming with microbes is good imo.

The nice thing about dirt is that it gives the plant a nutrient and pH buffer. There's a lot more room for error.

The nice thing about dirt is plants evolved to grow in it over eons and "know" more about dirt and how they can use the micro-ecologies therein than humanity knows about anything, imo.

They don't even have to "know" or "grasp" their environment because they meld with it. Meanwhile milson's dumb ass is over here worrying about taxes and shit as he attempts to interface with his environment while "not getting depressed" or "talking himself into the beauty of existence in the face of an overwhelming sense of doom."

Point plants.

This hot take brought to you by Hungry Haze.

I know y'all are prob like milson stfu about haze but i feel like rather than a no ceiling high this haze is more like just suffusing my experience with....a mostly weightless haze and i can just keep smoking more and more and that haze closes tighter and thicker around and upon my bodily and mental experience but without putting me to sleep or agitating me like caffeine etc (not racy after the initial punch). It's almost more like getting drowned in the effect than floating away in very high doses.....but actually you breathe underwater....but also it's dark and isn't THAT much fun?

I mean if you like spinning up the ol consciousness mobile and taking her through the gears up the chakras to the third eye or top of the head... You can get a good bit out of that.....but that's for crazies like yt

So it's cool for that.

Skunk has been chopped. Currently hanging. It's so nice to be waiting in this process while i am still in the midst of my homegrown. No rush for real. Yay.

Panama should still have two weeks and then see.

Oh, i also tried aggressively super cropping some branches instead of topping in golden tiger. She is budding!

Super Lemon Haze does the same, I remember talking to Reno for two hours while smoking it, didn't realise we were on some ones thread, had to have it cleaned up, again. lol I find it a really good hit for starting a project, but not getting one finished, as it creeps up on you. lol

Initial smoke report for skunk: it's very nice. Good hybrid buzz. The taste is dirty but not rank skunk. Glad I have it. I don't think i will be pursuing it further in the near future...widow and haze are both more exciting to me.

Side note: with the world slightly less apocalyptic, i will likely be on here a little less obsessively.

be careful brother. The world is not less apocalyptic. We are beating all of November’s numbers with recent spikes of the uk strain. It’s actually more dangerous now. And you are pretty close to us.

I hear you....michigan's numbers especially are very alarming.

Getting my first pfizer dose today. Happy about that. More than anything though, it's spring and that puts a pep in my step that has me finding lots of things to do.

I hear ya. My bikes and boats are ready!

I am not finding definitive info on whether the New Uk strain is immune to the shot? And if it stops the transfer of the virus at all?

Honestly it feels like pharmaceutical propaganda that they even have one yet. They change the flu formula constantly.
