I would say that it's nearing time to transplant, yeah. Those cups don't hold a ton of soil when it comes down to it, and if the plants have stalled I bet that's why. I suspect when you pop em out you'll be seeing a lot of roots. And then when they're comfy in their new pots for a few days you can top em. Man I'm excited for you - makes me want to plant more beans right now.
Here's all that babbling I promised you:
-So how many plants do you have going right now? I assume you didn't feminize them, right?
-How many sq. ft. are you dedicating to the grow? Looks like a fairly open space, not a tent - are you planning on having separate grow and bloom areas?
-Are you tracking temp and RH?
-What are you fertilizing with?
-What size pots are you transplanting into/
Grudgingly, I will stop myself there. I'm dying to know more, though... Keep up the great work and the great reporting!
