I do both...I bring them out early in the year and use lights at nite to keep them in veg.
When I want them to flower... I cover them with Black plastic each evening around 6pm. :)

Haha, great minds think a like! I'm on 6 to 6 too, I will try to post some photos tomorrow, seriously looks very similar to yours. I did all jack this time, my first winter crop and I am stoked! I personally think that greenhouse growing is the future, especially since a lot of us try to balance out being green while simultaneously using tons of electricity, like myself. I used two vert 1ks in my greenhouse, but they were only on for a couple of hours a day offsetting the shade. and they seriously do not look different than my indoor, although the dry bud will be the decider on that one. It sounds like this isn't your first rodeo, what do you think of the quality of dep? Have you depped natural style outdoors before, if so do you notice a difference with weight between them and naturals?

Always great to talk to other lite deppers :) Im a newb. I started growing jan.2010. I bought a 450w MH and some clones grew 2 foot Bubba kush and purple kush plants by march and put them out early cause I didn't know any better. :confused:
So I went with it...started covering them....Had Bubba kush and purple kush buds in June..:D
This year I caught on to the Supp. Lighting. :)

Wow that #12 Gold looks awesome, great colors, big fat cola. Trimming looks like it's going to be a pain in the butt. Is it less leafy than the Bubba? Is she more Bubba or more Colombian? Don't know what either uncrossed plant looks like. great job fellow farmer

How big is your total grow area? You seem to have more than enough space fr all your grows. Do you live rurally?

Yea, I hate trimming. Its hard to cut off all those nice resin glands on the sweet leaf too, feels like a waste but I know it would taste bad to leave it and you can always do something with it.
I need to get some bubble bags, got some leaf I need to do something with. Probably going to grab some this week. What do you do with your trim Ken?

Neb; I have bubble bags...and I make bubble. But last year I mostly did the dry ice extraction.
The dry ice method pretty much just makes "Keif" Not as pure as the cold water method.
But it's easy. and I mix that keif with a tiny bit of olive oil, warm it up to activate it and cap it in pills for my wife and I.
I have Made BHO and ISO oil too...kinda messy...

From now on though, I think Im going to save it all up in the freezer.
Until I can find someone to do a CO2 extraction for me. ;)

Just curious, why do the C02 when you have the bubble bags? Bad quality or too much extra work or something?

yeah well Making bubble hash is a little bit of work...And hash really isnt what people want.

I suppose If I was good enough at it to make Full melt Bubble...o_O

A lot of patients have Vape Pens now.....They want the goo...

I don't like messing with the goo....So Im just gonna Freeze what I don't use for pills

Man #12 is a perfect representation of both mother and father with a little twist. I wish I could take a whiff! Great farming there Ken, if I had your land I'd be doing the same thing with the light dep tent. That shit is cool as fuck, early summer bud then late summer bud, love it! Always a great pleasure peeping your pics, Bud (or bud pics;)). If you ever need someone to test your BKxHG just throw a nug in an envelope and send it my way:D

It was fun making this cross.....#12 just doesnt wanna frost up...It is in a 4gal pot...so that isn't helping.
These #12's are 32 days in...and leafy as hell...I need to get away from leafy strains..
But they are getting a bit of frost :)
