Hi all, was wondering how bad would it be to change the light cycle at the very beggining of flower? The temps are getting to hot during the day at a friends house I visited and the only real easy fix I saw was to change the light cycle to run at night instead of during the day. Will this stress the plants out? Should you not do this? The plants are on thier 2nd day of flower and was veg'd with the lights running during the day and dark at night.

Thanks in advance!

This will not hurt the plants at all if done this way.

Let's say you want the lights to run from 9pm to 9am then turn them off the night before and let them get darkness for around 24 hours and start your cycle back at 9pm to 9am.
I have done this a few times and never noticed any issues at all with different strains.

Ive done it. Let them go 24 hours like smokey says. No problems.
