Hi everyone! This is a look at my indoor crop of Blue Dream/ something I dont know.... that I started 08-11-2012. Im using an ebb and flow system (on timers) with Oxygenated R.O. water (with 6.0 P.H.) coir fiber, and am now entering the 3rd week of flowering on a 12/12 lighting schedule (4 - 23 watt CFL's) and watering every 15 mins for 15 mins. I am using the "Botanicare" CNS 3 stage nutrient supplement. Im using no ppm detector, just going by what the directions say right off the bottle and I havent deviated from that since I started the crop. I knew to begin with that this wouldnt be a huge producer due to the lighting, but was confident that the strain would do well in the environment that it was in. ( constant 76 degrees F. and water staying at about 71-72 degrees F.) Please, any comments/sugguestions would be greatly appreciated!

ok , well looks like you only vegged for a week bro 8-11-12 start and its 3 weeks in flower and the light watts will hardly produce any good amount of tree and Watering every 15 mins for 15 mins is Way to much imho....but when all said and down you grew it .... you get to smoke it.... and there is reward in that , Then the addiction starts .......growing that is ..... good luck best to you..... peace soser

One more thought the flower appears to be healthy so that is good , thou i really cant see the leafs and it appears to only have that one bud but that's not my advise , my advise would be careful with chemicals as chemical company's like to sell chemical's you usually only need half of what is advised on the bottle ex: I bought big bud awhile back and it said use 15ml per gal - someone on here said that is alot , so i called the company and was told oh that's the old formula wrapper on the bottle we changed it to 5ml .....um ok....

Sweet! Thanx for the advise! I will definately take it into consideration! My intent was to start flowering as soon as the clones were about 6'' tall, but due to some time conflictions in my schedule, was unable to do so. This was an attempt at a Dutch method of growing that i was reading about. My plants are only about 15'' tall and about 10-15'' wide. The grow cabinet that i converted from movie storage cupboard has a 30'' x 18'' inner storage compacity. Sorry for the poor quality of the pics (cell phone). Here are some more showing the plants and setup.

Great start on growing for yourself,I started the same way... You are going to want a bigger light as soon as possible...Get what you can afford and try to get the biggest watt light. I got a 400 hps\mh of the Ebay for 90 bucks, that would work good in your box there. Good luck !!

Thanx for the tip Zonk! Ill definately take a look at that! Ive gotten some awesome tips by reading through some of the other threads on the site. I do have a question that someone out there may be able to answer tho.. How do you calculate your wattage or lumens that you will need for each plant? For example..... I am using 4-23 watt CFL lights ( equivalent to 4- 100 watt 168 (1700k lumen)bulbs.) 1 hps\mh bulb runs at 400 watts at 50,000 lumens... What am i missing here? My u.v. spectrum for this crop should be close to this already with my current set up correct?

Progress shots. The flowers are now about the size of my thumb. Took some advice from a fellow farmer and switched the watering schedule to 4 x's per day for 15 minutes. I haven't noticed any significant changes after the switch but will be keeping an eye on it. I also checked my ppm's in my nute solution and Im in between 1100-1200 ppm's according to the TDS meter.

More progress.. Noticing that the plants are heavy feeders! My res. only holds 2 gallons of nute treated water. The 3 plants I have
