Just picked up a large 220l and two 55l barrels for £27. The guy is in Tottenham and has a garden full of them...they're used for shipping olives but he cleans them out properly. Mine still smells a bit but it's staying outside with the lid off and it should clear out in a day or two. Highly recommended for any Londoner needing cheap water storage, or tanks to mix and store nutes. 12 quid for the 220l red one, and 15 for 2 of the 55l red ones. Both have proper rubber seals on the lids and can be sealed airtight.
If you're in London it's really worth it...otherwise with stupid shipping prices it's not worth it...just go collect. When he asked what I wanted them for I said to make a water butt for the garden.
Have put my mobile next to the red one to show you the scale...although it fit across the back seats of my car no probs.
