So I got a lil gig going in the outdoor section but I figured since its raining here in CO Id put a little blog up on our indoor set-up

We have 2 1000w 8 inch air cooled hoods set up with 2 3x3 scrogs hopefully set on roughly a monthly harvest....

We started flowering 3 blueberry diesel 2 weeks ago on our right side with hopes of starting 4 more on the left side 5 weeks in....this would allow us to harvest every 5 weeks with a 10 week flower, not bad we figured....

Very nice design, exactly as a scrog should look. Great striping of all matter under canopy. Only thing I would do if this was my setup would be to expand the scrog to be 4 x 4 per 1k instead of 3 x 3 as you would lose nothing as 1k hps has the intensity for 16 foot squared optimal. Which should give you a 25% or better increase in yield. You didn't mention co2 enrichment, if not being us d I would add. Another way to increase yield by up to 30%. Lastly I would change from soil to a hydro setup maybe use hydroton pellets as a medium, this will also impact yield greatly. Your grow looks great, not downgrading it in any way. Just pointing out a few things to maximize your production in the space you have. Keep up the great scroging!!!

Thanks sogman..... Yes 4x4 would have been ideal I ran the numbers, couldn't fit them in the closet with all the other shit so 3x3 is what I made :cool:.....CO2 enrichment is on the way just need to pick up the tank everything else is purchased like I said we through together a pretty nice outdoor grow at the last minute so the CO2 ended up on the back burner but we figured wed be able to introduce at week 5 so not too bad....IDK about the whole hydro setup....I chose to do soil because thats how I wanted to grow, I know hydro speeds up the process but I got all the time in the world and I really wanted to grow in soil....Someday ill check out hydro :)...Thanks for the input brother more pics coming

So we had an awesome score on craigslist yesterday so I figured I'd post some pictures with a few of the upgrades we made...

Vortex Powerfan (there pretty much silent, so awesome!) and a co2 tank :)

He threw all this stuff in for free :D

And now some pics of the girls week 3 day 5

So I' guessing these girls are gonna go through more nutrients now that there being fed co2 anybody have any idea on how much more they go through?? Is it significant??

Little update.....

So we start are second scrog on June 4th Im bringing in a Cindy 99, and 3 mystery plants that we cloned off a plant we just found growing in a pot lol it's actually a real nice strain we call it "cactus" but if anybody in the future has any idea what it looks like please give me some ideas we really wanna figure out the strain on her. She almost has a grapey flavor when smoked... Thanks for lookin :)

Hey so I just top em like everyone else and then I use paperclips to pull em down and put the tops I created kinda where i want em, I also make sure to clear out any fan leaves that are impeding light to my other tops....I have 3x3ft scrog as you can see above so I just try to LST the plants to fit the area best... The one in the first pic is perrrrrfect in my opinion the second one IDK the 4 in the middle kinda took off and I couldn't really pull em off to the side anywhere lol.... Im hoping they turn into huge colas :D

Little update here for everyone hopefully still following lol
So I had a little problem with my fan leaves curling up on the sides and determined it was most likely heat stress?? Pretty sure our AC was a little too small to handle both 1000s bangin away....doubled our BTUs on a new one up to 11,000 and were good to go :)

Never dealt with obvious heat stress anything I can do to pamper my girls in any way??

CO2 was a huuuuuuge improvement and the girls are putting on some serious bulk, which is nice ;)

These things have put on so much weight that they started falling over lol.....These things are only 7 weeks in and are just friggen huge :)

Here we tied em up as best we could with some yo yo things....A close up shot as well, I cant stand the little turtle leaf thing thats from heat stress im thinkin.....BIG ac units from now on lol

They're getting so big and were planning a 6k flower room with 3 of these scrogs harvesting per month so im thinkin there gonna be cut at week 9 which is July 2

Been awhile I'll prolly have to do this in 2/3 posts....

Cropped the first three came out pretty nice ended up going 8 1/2 weeks wish i woulda went 1o:mad: Still pulled 1.5 off 3 so I'm happy with that....

Now these things are fuckin crazy, ive never seen something stretch SOOOOO much, literally like 5 feet!!!!

That scrog you see in the 1st pic is at 6ft off the ground lol the scrog in the second pic is 3ft up shit is completely out of hand:mad: Ive got the light jacked up another foot and it can't go any higher....every time I raised it the damn plant stretched more def dealing with some bleaching near the tops....Ive decided to take the plants off there stands and possibly cut the whole first scorg's strings out and just gently drop them to the floor.....i honestly don't know what else to do there literally like 5 feet tall lol (maybe more).....unfortunately never having grown this mystery strain i stuck my cindy in the corner not know these things were gonna go ape shit.....shes doing alright but getting starved of some light....

So I'm probably gonna have to move this thread out of micro grows as me and my buddy hit the jackpot and rented one place with a 15x15 flower room and another place with an unfinished basement...so we upgraded our lights.. got 2 1000w DE dimmable gavitas and 3 1000w DE dimmable Pl light systems pictured below.....the PL's look phenomenal and I seriously can't wait to see these bad boys in action!!!
