Chem 4, does it look okay?

Alright i bought this as a clone from my club in sacramento.
Its Chemdog #4.

Soil - Foxfarm happy frog
nutes- fox farm line.
Light - 400w hps
Veg - on fifth week

The leaves look really rigid and small.
And if you can see one of the leaves is turning yellow and welting.

flush her out and start a feeding regime with her i would use her as a mama or at least take cutts and throw her in 12/12
