Grow medium final pot 70% worm casting with 2 hands NPK 15 15 15. Top of the soil rest 30% is potting mix.
Water 6,7-6,9. Temperature 26 degrees.
Lights marshydro ts1000 150w 30 cm from top of the plant on 50% dimmer. Light 12/12

Way to wet, increase indirect airflow to dry out that soil. Don’t water again for a while. Until that pot is as heavy as styrofoam.
