About 12-14 days from seed. Just transplanted into larger pots as the roots were coming through the drainage holes in the solo cups. Didn’t want to take any chances letting the roots get too big and shearing off when transplanting so I went ahead and did it now. They should be good in these for a while.

About 3 weeks from seed. Plants went through a rough patch with ph and too much air circulation. But they are starting to adjust nicely and have made decent strides in the past 7 days. Will post more updates as we move along.

Looks good, man. You seem to know your stuff, so I will be watching and trying to learn some stuff. Good luck!

You can see the upward leaf curling on the left side. The fan had fallen and was pointed directly at the plants on that side so the heat started building up on the right side of the canopy.

If that wasn’t enough the soil was a tad too acidic for my liking and I had to treat them with some dolomite lime to get it back where I’m most comfortable.

I only checked in a couple days last week as the grow is about 20 minutes away. But all that aside they seem to be doing well considering.

To be honest the gorilla glue I’ve had has not been all that impressive. Nothing like the Choco D I had. The Choco D I had IMO was better in every aspect including potency. But then again the only GG I’ve had came from a local dispensary so the results are far from optimal. I’ve yet to be impressed with anything I’ve seen locally.
i wasn't overly impressed with the glue either.its good weed sure but it didn't live up to the hype.i had gg4 s1 phones that i preferred.
i hope you get the choco d pheno your hunting for

Yeah hopefully. They are Choco d s1 seeds so the genetics are there. It’s just going to be a matter of finding the right pheno for what I used to grow.

Quick update.

We are at about 21-23 days from seed. Plants are looking good and have bounced back from the minor hiccup early on. AK47 is very vigorous and have overtaken the CD in terms of height and growth but that’s to be expected.

The AK are F1 and the CD are selfed so you can really start to see how much difference in growth the hybrid vigor adds over its selfed counterpart.

Sprayed with some safer soap to make sure we have no insect problems and the soil has been amended with diatomaceous earth to prevent any bugs from hatching in the FFOF soil mix.

Temps are a steady 78-80 with a 50% RH. T-5 lights on 24/0 schedule. Small fan blowing over the top to keep the air moving. Daily foliar sprays with a mixture of calmag, root juice, top max, and bio heaven. Same mixture I’ve been feeding them just put into a spray bottle.

When I water them with this solution I mix up the dolomite lime that settles to the bottom (of the jug) so they get a small dose of lime to keep the ph in check.

I know I’ve neglected this thread but I have been busy lately.

I have started another rack in another location so I figured I’d post some more updates. Two AK47 just went into flowering and I’m waiting for some clones to root before moving the moms into flowering as well.

I’ve also got some cookies n cream f2s going that are almost ready for flowering and just popped a few Cali-O seeds as well that you can see in solo cups.

I did change the soil recipe to exclude FFOF and instead I’m using BioBizz light mix in its place. So far so good. I’ve also added Primordial Solutions to my nute lineup and things have been much better since.

This is a video from about 5-6 days ago. The two up top are AK47.

Here is a quick pic of the veg chamber. We have AK47, Chocolate Diesel, Cookies n Cream and two young Cali-O seedlings. It’s starting to look like a jungle.

I’ve started using Primordial Solutions nute line in addition to CalMag Plus by Bloom City and BioBizz nutes. I also have bud candy and recently acquired a bottle of liquid bone meal from Nectar for the Gods (Herculean Harvest). Been using distilled bottled water from the store and the soil mix is BioBizz Light Mix + Coco Coir + Perlite. It’s being used for seedlings and clones all the way to flowering. Roots seem to love it.

I like your growing rack. What sre the dimensions of it. Might be interested in getting one. I really like how you have your clones or seedlings on one shelf and your veg on another. It really saves room. My grow is slowly taking over my whole house

It’s 5’ wide x 2’ deep and 6.5’ high. The caster wheels add another 6” but aren’t required if you don’t want mobility. It’s perfectly suited for 8-12 flowering plants plus 20+ in vegging.

How tall can you grow them .i usually veg mine to about 2-2-1/2 feet tall and they end up around 5-6 foot tall at the end of flower. I need to figure something out fast because I have 3 rooms of my house taken over by plants

If you needed to grow taller plants you could take out the middle shelf. The unit is 6.5’ tall so if you need a veg chamber then it’ll cut into the flowering space. I usually veg to about 12”-14” and then flower to about 3-3.5’. You could easily hang a scrog net to maximize the canopy space while keeping the height where you need it. It just depends on what you are trying to do. I find this size to be ideal for 1-3 regular smokers. Just depends on how much you go through. I grow perpetually so I’ve always got a plant going into flower and plants coming out every couple weeks.

So do i, thats why im running out of room.what is the price of them. I didn't realize that you flower and veg in the same rack. They must be sealed very good. Do they have ports for intake and exhaust fans/ductwork, etc .

Last year my Orange Creamsicle and Royal Nepal Kush got pollenated by the exhaust from my neighbor's garage grow. He had Chocolate Diesel that spit nanners from light leaks. Gave me a few beans that I grew and am growing right now. The Orange Creamsicle X was outdoor and stunning. The Terps were already decent and the X made them "out of this word".

Running the last Royal Nepal X bean in a tent right now attempting a self and X with some Banana Ice Cream. Hope it works. Still have 4 Creamsicle beans I'll run for self's in a tent this winter.

I did not know GG4 was from Chocolate Diesel, interesting. GG4 is the mainstay of my area's growers of late.
