Ya squiggly i agree with pinegrovedave about logging your food and drink intake. sounds to me that you have massive deficiencies going on. Your body is just reacting. just like when we grow. cal/mag/N/P/K deficiencies have certain signs and you exhibit multiple deficiencies. Diet is key. NO smoking/Soda or really any processed drink. Stick with water for a bit unless you want to do a high quality protein shake or something like that. at your weight exercise wouldn't do your body any good. got to start adding some mass. And what worked for me back in my "party days" was to get away from people that were partying all the time.
 
An excellent meal / vitamin replacement is 'The Ultimate Meal'... Tastes like swamp water, but it is nutritional magic. It does a good job at replacing traditional pill vitamins. I think the nausea you felt after taking a vit a few days ago may have been b/c of an empty stomach. How much zinc was in the vit? Zi is notorious for nausea.

Have you considered whey protein? That's a simple and tasty way to add protein to your diet.

Oh, I MUST put bells on that one. When I hit puberty my skin got very bad with cystic acne. MANY treatments were tried, including keeping me on antibiotics (for which I was almost arrested once, for fucking tetracycline), UV exposure, and zinc. The zinc came close to the thing the dermatologist did with this pressurized pen thing where he pressurized some sort of liquid medicine and shot it into the acne. That was a pain I cannot describe, but it fucking sucked. So did the nausea from the zinc Tx's. Funny, or not, but once I started taking BC pills the acne went away.
