All you have to do is get the hot shot from Lowe’s or any hardware store. Spider mites gone in two weeks. And you can use it in flower long as this tent is not in your living area or you can exhaust everything outside hot shot by raid.
 
I can't remember if I used GrowSafe during flowering. There are some safe things that can be used. Alcohol and hydrogen peroxide evaporate, but they can be less than effective. I only sprayed GrowSafe twice and have not seen a spider mite since.

After fighting spider mites a few times, one conclusion I've come to is a good sprayer is a must have. In particular, it should have a nozzle that can spray upward. The key is to get the substance on to the bottom the leaves, which can be difficult.
I used 'grow safe' in these sprayers
They are continuous spray and work well to get undsersides of leaves
