you have nutrients in the water when trying to form roots ? If so why ? Not good
it can be many things wrong white spots . pests, nutrient deficiencies, heat stress, light burns, chemical damage, powdery mildew, genetic factors, poor ventilation, and leaf-to-leaf contact.

They need nutes after they root. I've done this 20 times now have not seen the white before. Once they root I bring the ppm up about 400. I've seen yellow/orange nute burn hot white like this

I would quit using bleach, I can't imagine that would be good.

I would agree it looks like nutes burn. The white is awkward looking maybe some water got on the leaves. That combined with nutes burn could be possible. Idk the white spots are unique, not something you see much of.

10. Does your PPM/EC show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check?
11. Does your pH show a rise or fall when you do your daily check?
12. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
13. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
14. How close are your lights to the plants?
15. What size is your grow space in square feet?
16. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
17. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
18. How much experience do you have growing?

It was light burn, light was reflecting off water leak in the wall and hitting the leaves. Funny never seen that before
