Clones turn herm??? Pls Help!!!

So I had 50 clones that I had planted and we were in the middle of a move and the lights cycles got throw off and they started to flower. I got them back on regular 18/6 again and they seem to be doing fine but My question is, could that have caused them to herm? And if so will they show signs later in veg or when I put them into flowering?

How long were they off cycle for?
Most likely you will be fine. It would have to be some shit genetics for them to herm so easy.
