I had a mother ( new strain) and took a bunch of clones and gave them to buddies etc. I put the mother outside in the early spring. Meanwhile , I had put one clone in the flower tent and it finished in about 6 weeks , I guess because it was small and little veg. Tried it and it kicked ass . I’d like to get a few clones again and grow some in the tent . So my options are a mother plant that has been outside for 5 weeks or so, or my last clone that no one picked up in a solo cup. Should I rinse the soil off the solo cup and spray the heck out of it with DR Doom 420 ? Different method ? Should I take cuts from the outdoor plant ? Hose off the branches before I cut ? Spray the branches with Dr doom then take the cut ? What’s the best advice ? Thanks

If the mother plant from outside is still manageable, dunk that whole lady for a 20 second count in your Dr Doom. Wait a few days and take a few cuts. Isolate in their own tent. Wait 10 days or so for them to root 👊🏼

It used to be SOP! Anyone that bought a clone from a dispensary or anywhere else would automatically give them a dip or two before they brought them indoors! Dipping ensures, complete coverage!

I don’t mess with clones and I grow outdoors! So I am just parroting what I have seen over the years! But you have to be careful with small plants like clones! I think your citrus based pesticides are easier on them than the neem or soap base shit! Four or five years ago, I almost killed a bunch of seedlings spraying them with safer three in one soap base! Switched over to pure crop and they actually seem to enjoy it! But I haven’t sprayed anything but water in the last four years! I can get by with that!
