Quick question. If I made clones from plants 2-3 weeks into flowering, how long must they sit under 24 lights to revert back into veg mode?

Yes roots look good but as far as cloning then no, look how much root is there!Looks good?

You asked, I answered.
Cheers bro
You're roots are too much, should've been planted already. Research, read, learn and cheers bro, only giving advice! Why would roots that long be good?^^^^ What's he mean? Not enough roots yet to ground?
My research says 3-4 inches. Also says not a problem to slice them a third up every 24 hours to shorten roots and trim bottom nodes.. I could keep doing this indefinitly.
Also, the size root you speak of wouldn't work for me considering I took clones 3 weeks into flowering and that size root was available after just 7 days in clones machine. I'd have to run it longer to revert..
Thank you! Much better info! Why I love a community! And correct, clones rely on the life of what you made to be the clone not the plant! Really good point!brazel is saying that you should take your cuts out of the auto cloner once the roots have started and are 3 inches. plant them into what ever you are growing in and they will grow and reveg quicker.
The plant will be able to grow and you will see new growth if the roots can expand. If you just keep trimming the roots back then the plants just going to keep putting its energy into growing roots.
You can wait longer to take your cuts and they will reveg quicker if you transplant after roots start.
Ive seen people forget to take cuts from mothers they flower and 2 days hang drying they still took a cut and got roots and revegged.

You're not (edit.. sound)For some reason my little brain couldn't comprehend the fact that it doesn't matter where it reverts. Lmfao. I get why I sound stupid..
I have 25 clones and about 10 of them seem to grow way better then the rest but their roots are no different then the rest.
Safe to assume those are my best clones?
These like lettuce are starts, like figs and others only need a piece of branch... different needsI plan on starfishing the roots like you would with asparagus
Again, a root looks for water and food. If it goes to the outside its cause it's searching for what it needs or anchoring.I also air pruned my gallon pots and plan on watering only the outside edge. I do this with other veggies and the roots basically run to the edge and once they touch air from the pot holes, they start 2 die which sends a signal from the plant to spend it's energy on root creation. Works wonders for my garden.
Just to experiment, I'll be running .5 pnds of air from a commercial aquarium pump into the pots. Curious to see effects..
