I have built an indoor closed loop grow room, 19x31x13, 7657 cu/ft, currently veg/flower. I am running a 2-ton Mitsubishi heat pump minisplit with one head, and 2 x 20 in and 2 x 16 in fans. The room is insulated with 3 in closed cell on 2 walls and ceiling (outside walls) and 7/16 plywood with R-13 insulation in remaining walls. Currently running 5 Scorpion Diablos and planning for another 5 with drip irrigation. I am planning on installing an 8 in inline fan with filter for recirculating air.

Should I have the inline fan recirculating or exhausting air to remedy potential humidity issues or install a quest 155 and keep the room closed?

No idea what a quest 155 is by searching it sounds like a dehumidifier

That said yes you need inline fan as you’ll need to vent the room for various reasons.

really depends on expenses. If you seal the room up you definitely need reliable dehumidification and c02 and all the gear to boot.

If you run an exhaust fan you will be able to mitigate humidity while bringing in fresh air.

Either way you will most likely need dehumidifiers.
