Co2 during vegetative stage or not?

I just finished a run where I used co2 in the flowering stage at 1200 ppm and got really nice results.
I was wondering if it is recommended to use co2 from the beginning of the vegetative stage and if so at what ppm and and what Lux for the lights?
I know during flowering I can put the lux to the max with 1200 ppm

It’s ok at about 900 in veg/flower flip, say a few weeks before flip. But it’s gonna make a huge plant which maybe an issue indoors
