co2 & Flip Flops?

So i plan on doing a flip flop, non perpetual, and i also planned on exchanging air between the two rooms via two large fans to equalize temps in the rooms to help on my AC. anyways my question is is it harmful to run co2 at night?

cuz i know my co2 controller cuts co2 @ night idk if its its just a waste in the dark or what? cuz if i run on co2 burner i would just duct it to both rooms and have them both at 1500...

am i crazy?

I have read that people like to use fresh air exchange. O2 is vary use full for the roots at night. I know one guy that runs his co2 day and night. I dont think it matters if your trying to do a flip flop. If anything make sure your air pump for your res is not in the c02 room.

I worry more about the temp drop that is needed at night. Might want to look into haveing a AC that runs in 2 areas. Just another thought you might run into.
