Right on man! It's nice to know I can store potential moms in coco solos for a decent amount of time. Some of them are around 10-12 weeks old still in that same cup hahahaha. I'm not planning anything with these, but the experiment is going well.

Might as well throw a shot of what's going down in my Auto Flower Think Different thread while I'm at it. She's looking pretty good for 7 days from being dropped in a paper towel.

veg+bloom does all the work. It's just a simple 1 part powder. I just weigh and throw it in water then mix lmao and adjust pH if necessary. It's probably my favorite hydroponic nutrient. So easy to use because I don't have to worry about measuring multiple bottles and trying to balance nutrient ratios. About 3g per gallon gets me .8EC(400ppm) in RO water and that seems to be the sweet spot for vegging these solo girls under HO t5's.

Alright only 2 days away till week 3 of flower and that means..... I'll be adding in Shine to my nutrient line! It's just a PK booster. That will complete the line up. Veg+ Bloom(base nutrient), +Life(microbes), and Shine(PK booster)

While you wait to see some week 3 flowers here are more root shots. It's getting pretty intense on this particular Chocolate Hashberry for some reason.

Right on. I've heard the dirty formula is pretty dang good. I just switched over to HD in coco from the RO formula. Both have been great to me so far during veg. I'm at week 3 flower today so have not done a full run with them yet, but I think it's gonna work out just fine. Very simple and easy to use. Just pour the powder in water at 3-5g per gal depending on plant age(maybe less if they are really small). Wait for it to mix 30min, measure to ensure target EC is hit and pH if necessary. Boom! Gives me more time for other things in the garden, or just more time to enjoy some flowers hahahaha.

I'm imagining a scenario in which I come home and the fabric pots are shredded to pieces. Chaos everywhere. Roots tangling up the fans and blocking the light. Gotta control these unruly creatures man!

Just waiting for the lights to turn on later today to get some week 3 flower shots! While you wait here are some more nursery pictures. They are all chugging along looking happy. They are still getting .8EC(400ppm) pH 5.8 of HD.

For some reason that Deep Purple pheno on the bottom left just does not want to green up as much as the others. Either she is still hungry(sorry not gonna up the feed so deal with it girl) or she is starting to get super pissed off that I've kept her rootbound in the solo for so long as well as periodically pulling her out to look at the roots lmao. Could be a VPD issue with the increase in humidity lately, but I'd assume I would see similar symptoms across the board unless she's just overly sensitive to changes in VPD. This will be interesting to see how it plays out. She still looks pretty happy though.

Side shot

It's been raining a lot around here so I noticed an increase in humidity and wanted to start some preventative measures. I didn't really feel like breaking out the dehumidifier I barely ever use just yet so I got a few of these Damp Rid containers in the room but I will if I have to. Pretty cheap about $3 each and they seem to be doing a fairly decent job for what they are. I really didn't expect much out of em but not bad I must say. They are pulling water out of the air. Not a lot of water but better than nothing. I could see these being useful for small space grows with high humidity.

The clones are blowing up.

Got a sunshine picture of my little Think Different Auto. Gonna start feeding her instead of the coco pretty soon.

It's a container filled with anhydrous calcium chloride. It has a false bottom with slits in it to collect water in the true bottom. The stuff pulls moisture out of the air.

That's the top of the container. If you zoom in you'll notice the calcium chloride is wet(it came dry obviously). Eventually when it collects enough water it starts to dissolve until you are left with a cup of water that you dump out, and then you refill the top with more anhydrous calcium chloride(they sell refill bags).

My humidity is getting low, I'm gonna have to run a humidifier soon. It wants to sit at 35 even with water sitting in the saucers to raise it up.

Damn I wish I had that going on! lucky. At least humidifiers are cheap. I always freak out because I had a terrible battle with PM a while back. I see my humidity go up and it's like I get flashbacks lol.

That's why I haven't really gone out if my way to put a humidifier in there yet. I was hoping that pulling air through my veg area and then through the bloom room would help but with the hps going it seemed to drop the rh about 10%

I think you'll most likely be fine just doing what your doing. I believe @rmoltis knows about low humidity and thrives with it.

He does, high heat too. That's why I'm not too worried. They are all looking happy. The Sf x Lbl are a touch droopy but I think they want higher ppm tbh. Like you I said f that tho lol.

I love doing the opposite of what everyone else says to do lol.

Just tends to show off the adaptability of cannabis, and it's ability to thrive in any environment.

DAY 21 FLOWER UPDATE!

Yay! Officially into the true flowering zone. It's been a while. I added in my PK booster(Shine) yesterday at 1g a gal(.2EC increase per gal at that rate) and we are cruising along. So I threw that in and then my base(HD) at 4.4g per gal. I hit my target EC of 1.4(700). Ph 5.8. That should max out my nutrition regiment for the run!

Family shot
