Snapped a quick picture through my method seven hps glasses while feeding the girls tonight and thought I’d share :D
The amount of purple is getting ridiculous! Soon we’ll be at week 9 which is about a week past the breeders recommended time frame. I typically like to go past if I don’t know the strain and I like to assume my environment isn’t nearly as good as the breeders. Rarely if ever can I remember harvesting late and being disappointed.
Starting to finally see some ambers coming in and way more cloudy trichomes through my jewelers loupe so I believe I’m entering my harvest window pretty soon here. I’ll keep monitoring but it’s looking like maybe 3-4 days after week 9 will be harvest time!

Week 9(Day 63) Royal Highness(Royal Kush x Cali Dream x Trainwreck)
Sup everyone! Still riding my pH at 5.8-6.0 as always and feeding once a day. Since day 49 they have been getting only Shine(PK) at 1g per gallon. I'm starting to see a lot more amber trichs popping up so the time of harvest is here. I have also seen a reduction on the required volume of daily water which is another sign harvest is here. I will start them on the pH'd tap water diet for the next 3-4 days and then chop chop.:love2:

Day 66(HARVEST DAY)
The harvest has come! I’m starting to see some more amber trichomes coming in and I got a certain smell today when I opened the tent that just told me “They are ready. It’s time”. So I turned off the lights and tomorrow I will chop these girls down.
Seems like this run went by so fast and the colors really came out so beautifully. A part of me is a bit sad but I am also very excited to sample this new smoke!
These are gonna be the last pictures until they are hung up :cry:. I will also post up some dried flower shots of course.
I hope everyone enjoyed this run as much as I did and thank you for following along;)
The lights and room are going to shut down till it cools down again after summer. That being said I’m gearing up for a small outdoor grow.... so stop on in and join me for a new quest! This time I'll be teaming up with a horde of microbes and letting them do all the work. The link is at the top of my signature.

ive got high hopes for my next strain to be a big hitter. jsd strawberry juice
blue zombie x supersilver grape..... packed with ssh genetics so it should be some trippy stuff.
i remember some angle ssh getin me off my rocker back in the day

For the outdoor I'm about to do one of the seeds I'm playing with is Dutch Passion's Outlaw. It's supposed to have some Amnesia Haze in it so I'm hoping for some powerful space leaf from that baby.seems were searching for similar things :D

i miss outdoor grows! its just too risky and the climate is wrong. back in nz i used to smash it.
my aim is to get a decent line up goin then mix it all up with a few seed runs.
im keeping males in my clone cycle going till im ready to throw em at everything.

Yup all day smoker. I really like the upbeat, happy, euphoric and slight trippynes from sativas or sativa dom hybrids but I don’t grow them as offen as I’d like. Of coursw a good old mind melting couchlock for later in the day when it’s time to start shutting down is always welcome.
If I have to choose one I usually run a indica dom hybrid though becuase first order of business is having night time flowers.
With my outdoor beds I’m testing a few beans. Outlaw, Afgooey(love this one if it’s real), Farm Cheese, and Blueberry Gum #2 are going into the beds as soon as they are big enough.

i ran some blue bubble berry that was crazy good. smoothest smoke i ever toked.
yeah im all bout that sat dom high.
first order of business in the morn an last at night so fast, creative, euphoric trippy all top of my list.
im no pro at genetics or breeding :Dso im goin at like baking a cake...
thats why the ssh is a must. cbn for the trip. the jsd also brings straberry to the table too.
should be interesting x slyme cookies or sherbert......

So I just remembered to take the flora flex caps off of my hempys. I got a nice little root shot surprise :D.
I also could not help myself and took a hit of semi dried uncured Royal Highness. Super smooth with a clean burn. It’s a bit piny and citrusy so far.
