back from the dead! good to see you 'round bud!

=======

Quick update:

Full swing again...hope to not have any dead time anymore. planning is essential.

On the right, is a variety of OGs and other kushes.

On the left, bottom shelf toward the filter is UK Cheese s1, by Pisces.
Above the Cheese, is the Urkle crowd.
On the left, furthest from the filter is a patch of DUDs, w/ a few Trainwrecks, SFV OG, and Platinum for good measure.

Had those cuts in the previous post xplanted to these

..a bunch of days and some mild neglect and they're ready for their new home.

First, some planning.

Next, came the part where I didn't follow my plan and ended up with uneven spacing.

Getting another tray tomorrow for the rest of em.

First harvest wave in the coming days. Trying the perpetual. Well, for now. :sign0065: So the others will be translocated to the right side. And new cuts will enter the left.

Gearin' up for a monocrop. I'm finding that yield is sacrificed with the larger plants. So i'll revert to the single cola plantlets and see how that works out.

Granted, none of the kushes are heavy yielders. That SFV yields decent..and is some killer smoke.

I have an overloaded hen house..gotta kick some bitches to the curb. Not sure whats staying. At present, i'm with 9 mom's. that's far too many to fit comfortably.

So its time to see who stays and who goes.

First, the selection of Black Ice OG Kush by OG Genetics.

#2

#4

#5

#9

Observations:
#2 is superior to all phenos in trich coverage, sadly it lacks aroma. Like, damn near none. weird. didn't clone.
#9 had the same aroma. Light. Like fresh grass. Cull.

#4 is the blackberry pheno. killer aroma(blackberry, cream), good trichome coverage. Yields ok.
#5 is the kush pheno. fuely, funky, dank. less intense aroma than the blackberry. Yields similarly to #4.

Keeping the black berry.

Next..

Purple Capo Kush. Although I think they renamed it to Pacific Coast Kush.
Some killer killer killer smoke. I'm keeping one for sure.

...coming soon. gotta run to work.

Thanks dudes! I appreciate you fellas keepin extra eyes on things over here.

======

Purple Capo Kush by OG Genetics

4 phenos to choose. #7, 4, 5, 9

#7

#4

#5

#9

Observations:
#7 is a low yielder but is dripping in resin. The aroma is dominantly a purple-ish smell, grapey. With kushy, fuely undertones. Hints of lemon as well.
#4 has less trich coverage(far as I can tell) but yields better and has a more intense odor.
#5 was more on the Capo Kush side. Kushy aroma. Decent yield.
#9 lacked any odor. Cull.

The decision was between 4 and 5. Went with 4.
They are all really nice plants. Just couldn't keep em all..

Deadband OG by OG Genetics

Found 2 phenos. #6 was definitely Deadhead OG all the way. #2 the headband pheno, had no aroma. Testing the smoke soon, but I think we'll go w/ the deadhead pheno.

#2

#6

This is my popcorn. the inner most of the biggest plant.

And for good measure, a little update on the stadium as it stands now.

Assorted Kush Medley

Double UnderDawg in the foreground

Purple Urkle family, like 6 phenos lol.

Say Cheese! :character0035:

Thanks for lookin.

Your stadium is titties and beer. I have been doing a lot of research on vert lately and trying to come up with a good game plan. So far I will be using a lot of ideas from selfhemployed's 2K 8' X 8' room with 3 shelves. I have heard from multiple people that more small plants is better but I have to try and keep my count as low as possible. Logic needs to make a vert section.

Any tips or suggestions?
