colloidal silver for 3 weeks, no pollen sacs

I am using a 40 ppm silver colloidal.
My plant was 3 weeks into veg stage, big healthy from seed
I started spraying a day or two before switching the lights

It has been almost a month now, no pollen, I spray them twice a day. The plant is stunted (compared to the ones I let flower) but healthy looking, it is producing buds, but no pollen sacs at all.

What am I missing?

Should spray one week before flowering and two to three weeks after twice a day however I don’t think that’s why it hasn’t worked.
Cs is light sensitive if it’s been stored incorrectly before you got it , it won’t work
Your not the first to have cs fail it’s unreliable albeit it has its benefits when it works.

STS, Silver Thiosulfate will also reverse plants.

Don’t what ever you do smoke the buds even if it’s failed there toxic
