Its finally here… Our Colombian Gold LE is now available on our official website for you to purchase. This landrace hybrid brings together to legendary CG lines, one pure 1970’s heirloom and another selected from a S1 of an old 80’s CG clone. Both lines have been hiding in two separate seed vaults for years, and have now been bred together for you all to enjoy.
The 80’s Colombian Gold mother was gifted to us from our forum buddy and true OG Kushyman. This hybridised Colombian was passed around during the eighties, selfed by said breeder, with seeds stored in his refrigerator for 20+ years. It is a shorter flowering, stockier, compact plant with better structure than the 70’s Colombian Gold, with the high reflecting this broader leaf influence. This is a true hybridised Colombian that has inherited all of the best attributes of the older Colombians, but with an easy to manage shorter structure and 12 week flowering time.
This cultivar is said be Highland Colombian Gold NLD X Colombian Gold (shorter flowering pheno).
A pure 1970 Colombian Gold IBL male (24-26 Week Flower) was used for the father of this hybrid, which came from seeds collected in 1970 and stored for years before being repopulated very recently. We’ve already posted a ton of information regarding this line on our IG feed, so feel free to explore.
We are offering two ‘Legacy Pack’ options on our website ONLY (no sales via IG thanks). The first is a regular 15+ Pack which includes the pure 1970 CG IBL as a freebie, or you can grab a ‘Hunter Pack’ which has 30+ regular LE beans and the 1970 CG IBL as a freebie.
