Thanks homey, much appreciated. I am definitely coming out of my shell and love this forum for sure. I am super slow on the computer which is a hinderance and my 1997 paranoia are the two biggest hold ups I have. I do not know if I will ever "get over" the strange feeling of posting on a public message board. I have said it once before I think, but every time I hit the post button on the site I get that vibe of sitting in the one waldenbooks that stocked high times in that hidden section in the magazine section and me reading about how everyone gets busted by telling anyone about their grow. Secrecy was a religion, a way of life.

Anyways, yeah, I have to spend a day putting together these journals of the Loompa grows because for the most part, they were all amazing. I had some trouble with the moondawg and unfortunately didn't find a keeper there, but out of the snowman, foodog, yeti bx2, f3, and dogwood, i feel like i absolutely crushed it. I am awaiting the tests back on the foodog pheno I posted above, but I have this feeling I am going to break my record no question and Ill post those results here. I wish my camera wasn't such garbage. I need to invest in a quality SLR so I can get some of the pics like I see you guys posting.

I will leave this absurdly long diatribe with a pic of my pure pakistani that is my home base strain. Just took this on my phone about an hour ago, day 49, and a beauty as always.

This is interesting. You have either been to the future or you have a misspelling. The bx3 have not been released.

Well I'll be pulling my #3 tomorrow @ 70 days, would take her longer buy she's done. I got a fews questions for @loompa, @Oom pah pah, or anyone else growing the F3s that can answer it, have/are you finding phenos that are done 63 - 65 days? If so how do they when compared to the 70+ phenos? My #6 are showing 10% - 15% amber at 55, probably 10 more days max. And the #7 probably needs least than a week, I planned on running em all atleast 70 to 77 days but I guess I got lucky with some kill earlier finishers!

i have been taking all five phenos of my f3 to 70 days, showing about 10% amber give or take. the afgan pheno yields low and finishes first:
IMG 05761 zps17cd51d3

... and may be the dankest, but time will tell. this one was cut two days ago...

NIce Draco, I wish we were able to connect in CO, apologies to everyone I missed for that matter. Next time for sure:D Id love to see your finished flowers away from the HPS. You are correct about the afghanica finishing earlier.

I believe he is running bx3 made by someone named dogznova
I don t see how that's possible , for it to b called bx3 , someone would have to take a bx2 male and pollenate the original underdog clone only. That's news to me,I don't think dogznova has our clone only Underdog. If this is the case however I'm not sure this constitutes Loompa gear. Wouldn't that be dogznova gear? Maybe we should open up the competition to all the other folks who have gear with Loompa genetics in it (created by other folks). There are quite a few that I see around these days . My only problem is this we know our breedings are true we select plants from very large pools . While this is good for the future. When someone rushes to throw pollen on something they are only selecting from a few plants. Yes we did do a lot of hard work to lock in desirable traits, but that can all be undone with one bad selection. If this is the case I'm not sure someone else's stock should be part of the LOOMPA competition. What does everyone else think?

I think anything that ruins 1000's of plants worth of work is a no go and detritment to progress in regards to epic strains being made available! Its my experience NOTHING awesome in life comes easy.

I'm a complete noob at breeding and I have no feelings about it either way, but at the end of the day it IS your competition and so whatever you say regarding its rules is law in my opinion. Its completely understandable that you'd only want submissions from your own work. How many cuts have been submitted so far if you don't mind me asking? @Oom pah pah

Could you also expand on the afghanica pheno you mention here? Is this one of the phenos in the f3 line? Correct me if I'm wrong but that implies the father was afghan?

Yes the original father used in the project is full blooded indica.
Sorry if I confused you "Afghanica" is a term I use that refers to the traits of most indica. Fat leaves, squat plants, that finish early, lots of trichomes. Like a hash plant or master or bubba or or in this case the humboldt snow or black domina.

As far as the competition/ pheno hunt / community building project. We have over a dozen specimens that have been submitted so far and I know several more are on the way. The space to flower them all side by side is being put together.

@Oom pah pah I would get pounds of Humboldt Snow from Nor Cal that was big chunky rock hard crystal covered bud! Very nice looking but I little on the milder side with odor! I wanna say it smelled kinda like coffee! I was able to grab about 3 lb then I never seen it again! Not sure if yours is like how I described the one I came across but it would be nice to come across strains like that again damn it!

No no no no no bad bad bad idea! that would completely ruin this whole endeavor please keep it in house verified loompa genetics only i have no faith in other "breeders" practices and I'll leave it at that....

I am For keeping with what we started with

Yeti, Foodawg, moondawg ro whatever else you want to grow

The Best Loompa Farms Gear and we should be Collaborating on that . . . . . . ..

If you would start up a separate mixed breed run in lets say a new Thread then so be it.

Sounds very Kewl

I would be apart of anything that brings the best of the best together to help every one.
Isn't that what its about?

IMHO if it can help fight PTSD for just one more Veteran, let just One more Chemo Patient eat, or take the pain away for a few hours then It is all worth it....

I participated in this for the love of the grow and the look on the faces of the ones I gift my grows to. No mater what the outcome
I have my prize under the lights and in a few Mason Jars.
MASS RESPECT and Super LOOMPA Vibes to you all.

It's a typo. I'm sure he meant to type BX2. All I did was take one of the 3 males from a Loompa Farms Yeti BX2 pack and re pollinated the 7 females that came in the pack. I gifted him some beans from my pollinated Yeta #4. (yeta is a female yeti) lol

The only legit Yeti BX3 "if any" would come from Oom pah and the loompa farms.

As far as the competition goes..

I only gifted a few farmers some of the yeta #4 seeds. Not for the competition but to spread the yeti love.

I'm currently only growing the original #4 yetiBX2 clone. I'm on the third clone run. The loompa gear is killer for sure.

Here is the yeti bx2 #4 clone 3rd run.. 35 days of flowering. She just keeps getting better and better every run..

After running all 7 yeti bx2 females 3 times. #4 is the best 'yeta' of the sisters..

Smells like roadkill skunk and tastes like skunk funk kush when cured.. Smell is so strong when chopping her down I get little nausea feeling.. Sounds silly but it's true.

35 days yeti bx2 clone run 3 001
