Compost And Stump Tea's With Bottle Nutrients?

Is there any point to using compost or stump tea's if I'm using bottled nutrients? (Heavy16) Some of the research i have done seems to imply that the micro and macro organisms from the tea don't survive the bottle feedings.

Stump teas? You are correct re: using strong salt-based nutrients and their effect on microorganisms. However, if you use them at super low rates and continually reinoculate you can still enjoy a lot of the benefits of working with microbes.

I don't know what a stump tea is.
