I use well water that has a PH of 5.8. No clorine and zero EC. I have done a lot of research and found nothing that has my cicumstances. My question is, Do I need to PH my water to 6.5 to 6.8 before I brew my compost tea. I ask this as I am worried the 5.8 PH might kill the beneficial microbes. I am not feeding but want to make sure I have a good living soil.

You should be fine, your at the bottom of "acceptable" levels, but really shouldnt affect you much in living soil.
