Anybody doing anything interesting with their accessory clean up?

Clean up of my Old Mate grinder
Used Everclear 95% to clean the grinder and make the tincture.
Used ISO after the extraction/clean up to get the tacky residue off the grinder then dropped it into some boiling water for 30 seconds to evaporate the ISO and finish the cleaning

Tincture is in a silicon cupcake liner evaporating. About 1-2 tablespoons guesstimate, won't take long. Into the freezer after to help with the evaporation before putting it into an Ardent FX to decarb.
Back into the freezer to solidify and then be collected, poor man's shatter, maybe.
Time to use my nitrous cartridges and make some pressurized infusion.

Anybody else make clean up infusions

Not yet , my grinder does need clean tho but im more interested that Ardent FX for my edibles. From what i read this does it all no oven or stove top . How much can u do at one time weed and butter?

Ardent FX does decarb and infusion.

I have only done a decarb in it.
Did ethanol extraction, reduction and infusion on an electric stovetop

As for how much you can decarb. My experience has been 1.5-2 ounces (42grams-56grams) depending on how moist the flower is.
I settled on doing an ounce (28grams) at a time to cut out any guessing. Never had a bad decarb but in some of these devices the sensors go bad if used heavily.

If you want to do large batches of butter, oil or syrup you can extract first then decarb the cannabis oil prior to infusion. Much easier and faster than trying to decarb 8 ounces (226grams) of flower over 4-5 cycles. You can decarb the oil from those 8 zees in one cycle. Typical cycle is a couple of hours

Another thing I noticed is that it is better to infuse a little oil, butter or syrup with a LOT of mg
Makes adding it to recipes a lot easier

AH DUDE! u already have some thats so cool
I actually use a product called refined RSO, basically less tacky distillate.

Pretty versatile stuff
This is what Green Truck calls a dablicator
You can kind of dose accurately
Roughly 900mg of THC in a one gram pen
I use five of them in the bottle of syrup
No noticeable cannabis taste
Gums are used to bind the cannabis oil and sugar water

If you decide on a device do a lot of research
As stated before some have issues

Wow ok cool. I can get a little deeper into this 😆 🤣

Ethanol is evaporated
A lot more recovery than I thought, several doses at least
Decarb, into a different silicon mold with tiny squares
Freeze again then weigh
Dosing is guesswork

About to set up for the decarb, have to clear some counter space amidst the home repairs.

Did want to thank the members and community for being kind. I send seriously ill people to the sites for education.

Back to business.
If You use cheap grinders or plastic and a solvent cannot be used put the disassembled grinder in a "baggie" and submerge in hot water. Keep the top of the baggie above the waterline so no moisture gets into it. Use a toothpick or wood coffee stirring stick to scrape the resin off the grinder. Depending on how dirty it is the process may need several repeats of the hot water soak.

A lot of new people are exploring cannabis as an alternative to the heavy side effects of prescription medication.
