I have to say, the one we built work fine. It's been tested in the desert, Sahara, and it works. It only needs 20% humidity to work.Seems like one of these could possibly be constructed out of a simple solar panel and a cheap air pump. You could likely build one with some junk you have laying around approximately $50 in supplies... ie. PVC pipe... The water seer looks like a scam from where I stand, unfortunately. It's mindboggling that a good idea's like these (that can solve real world problems) are hijacked by greedy fucks simply out to make a buck.
It's a good idea, but only feasible in humid or at best, semi-arid climates. But certainly not worth $1,500 a pop....

It's not a scam. It was invented by a college student trying to help others and it was sidelined by governments. They don't want their people happy and healthy.

I admire the grit, and the audacity to take on a project such as this actually. I would be looking at putting some rocks/gravel/sand underneath, grading it in a direction, and creating some sort of pit in which you can remove any water that might become a problem at some point. Even a single freak rain could really screw things up, so getting your drainage specs in line here is really something you want to consider well, before backing that thing down into the pit. I would have your sump area off to the side, and not totally underneath, so that you can access it, and service it.-Lighting is in the mail
-Humidity factor is TBD, either need a dehu or humidifier which can easily be installed but will not know until the box is fully installed
-12" cloudline fan and ducting is on order which will be routed into the crawlspace (840 cf will end up being total area dedicated to plants, the remaining 200 cf will be separated workspace )
- plant count will start small and scale as I gain experience
- I live in the country and have a singular neighbor on my side of the street up a ways from me so discretion on the install does not concern me.
This thread contains quite a few answers already to your concerns but some cannot be answered until the project is complete. Won't know how Temps/humidity act until it's actually in the ground. That's really the only unknown for me. But I've got the skills and equipment to do just about anything I want to modify my grow space.

Fill me in, I'm eager to understand these things....Because of my job in the Army, I know first hand how little the gov cares for it's people.
And it's gotten so much worse since the election.
I've seen the Gov order a water project shut down because the local Gov did not want people to have access to water unless they provided it.
You may not think so, but the majority of Governments are setup to handle slaves, not citizens.
You are totally spoiled by living in America.
I would suggest using something like pvc... It's cheap, and you can do lots with it. Say if you want to run your electric, run it though the pipe, so you can always fish another line in there, (pull lines) later down the line. If it's wide bore enough, and you keep a fish line in there, you can always pull another line though in the future. ie. upgrades to your unit. I know a lot of Americans that could live in a log cabin with no problems as they chop wood for the winter. And where are you from?? Americans throw away more food than some countries eat. The American way of life is to be spoiled, its just part of the culture. I'm not going to argue. I've made my point.What is hardship?? Losing everything in the 2008 market crash? Becoming homeless because of it? It's all relative to peoples standards of living. And you only endure a public beating when you break the law, people in prison here are getting raped, I rather get beaten in public lol
When we objectify the government like it's a person, or in your case a "stripper", I think it's a rabbit hole. How do people even go here? The government isn't "someone" it's an organization, just like any other, and it's run like any other business or corporations. It's always going to do what's in it's "perceived" best overall interest, (at the time) and it's orchestrated by millions of individuals, all with competing interest and agenda's.....
