1st thought is, why on the roof?
2nd thought is, cold water every hour might shock the plant into hermy
3rd thought is, why on the roof?

Going to be extremely hotter on the roof. I'd get her off of there, if it's going to be hot. I live ina hot zone. Haven't had bad geat stress issues. I use mosquito netting to shade a bit and keep hydrated.
