Im surprised this doesnt get more attention or have a sticky. maybe i missed it. Mixing nutrients in the wrong order can lead to some bad things. at the very least, some kind of lock out.
Id love to see this broken down for applications using the masterblend bulk nutrients.

when using products like AN or GH its fairly simple. Im wondering if it changes much when using the bulk masterblend stuff

from what i understand, this is the correct order for mixing.

silicates
calmag
micro
veg
bloom
humic acid or teas
wetting agent
ph'ing agent
then rooting enhancers or microbials

Anyone have some info?

I'm in Promix type soil and Silicates then Micro as far as I know, I don't use cal/mag until 3 weeks into flower I go Micro/Grow/Bloom/Flurolicious Plus

Google search says
What order do you add nutrients to cannabis?

The proper order for mixing plant nutrients
  • Step 1) Start With Silica. Related Products. ...
  • Step 2) Add your base nutrients. ...
  • Step 3) Add your cal-mag. ...
  • Step 4) Add any other additives last. ...
  • Step 5) Finishing by pHing your nutrient solution.

Interesting. I thought calmag was to precede base nutrients... it would be nice if there was some definitive info on this.

(im going off info from drmjcoco and a few other online sources like sohn)

the main thing is micros (silica/micro/calmag) first to prevent precipitate in the solution and lockout the needed micros.

and root enhancers after PH is a good tip too, just to prevent lowering a bit the population right from the get go.
