Cost efficient Way of breeding?

I have 30 different strains i want to breed with to my im gonna need about a 4x8 sPace to cover. Should i do a 1k on a track? Buy some leds? T5"s i really have no clue.. Know it doesnt require alot. Also im doing headband and sour d"s do those need to do a full 10 weeks to have mature seeds?

I have a buddy that has a 4x8 tent with 2 600 hps air cooled with a 1/2 chill king inline for flower. T5's and cfls for veg. The temps stay consistent and the plants looks happy. It's SFV OG from P.O in sun valley. He's got it set up as a Sea Of Green in 3 gal pots w/4" rockwool cube and hydroton all on drippers.

Ive got a lot of moms myself in a 4x8 w/ two 400s.

Edit nevermind I misunderstood your question. I thought you were looking to keep 30 moms in a 4x8
