I've always cloned but recently got my hands on some seeds. One recently sprouted (2 days ago), hopefully female. My questions is how long do you wait before you move the starter cube from the humidity dome to its first soil? With my clones I wait until the roots are popping through the cube. Do I do the same thing with the sprouted seed?

Yep same thing once ya got some good roots go ahead and transplant.
I only keep em in the dome till they break ground. Basically just to keep the soil moist. Otherwise they might dampen off.
