Welcome Woody!
Why are we not using ro water?
Starting out with 180 ppm will make your ro last a long time.
If you are just getting thru a couple grows first I understand.
Starting out with only 180 ppm of "stuff" isn't bad
But starting out with close to 0 ppm is better IMO.

Idk wherr to find ro water. Obviously i can use bottled for now if it will be better . I ha e llenty bottled and i could order some ro if someone could send me a link to a supplier. Ohh n thanks dewd, i seen u arou d awhile back when i first started talking to events.

Do you have a Krogers?

Do i have to have one of those systems, i was kind of trying to keep this simple as possible the first go being idk what any of these things do. Kroger has purified drinking water if thats wat your referring too. I e never seen any water there labeled ro water tho.

Sry fellas, also this is all going to be for personal soo i dont have to have all the bells n wistles. Just trying to keep ot simple as possible dor now. I have alot of info coming in that im trying to keep up w. I literally dont know ab how to measure anything in water. Well i can measure it but i wouldnt know what to do with that info. Haha

There is a machine in the isle where the drinking water is.
You fill up a 5 gallon water jug. It costs .38 cents a gallon.
Before I had a filter, I had to go to krogers from 1 to 2 times a week.

I couldnt find any near me. Soo we have to go w puridfied bottle or tap water for now at least until i can get me a water system. I can, but it may be a bit. I wanna do some shopping. Those are not cheap for my budget. Lol
I will stop by this city thats somewhat close to where i live sometime this week and walk thru there kroger and see what i can find.

but to make a gallon of feed, just add csn17 until it says 700 ppm.
Im gonna guess 14 ml...
mixing and stiring as you add it..
Mix it real good.
Then look at the ph, and if it is above 5.8 dont do anything, if its above 6.3 we need to use ph down to bring it down. If its below 5.5 we are gonna add Silica blast. Prob 1 ml, but shoot us the ph before you add the Silica blast to the gallon..

Ohh and i have googled ro a couple times actually. I think i undestand now that you can get ro thru the mini systems or the dispenser places for the 5gal buckets you see in office rooms. My bad guys. Im a little slow sometimes. Haha. Im trying to stick w u guys. Haha

Im not for sure how we got from how many ml to talking about an ro machine, lets just stay the course..
Do you know what PH is?
Do you know what ppm stands for? EC?

They usually have a machine outside where you fill up your blue jugs. Mine is 1.75 for 5 gal. Super easy. One a week I️ filll my jugs and go shopping

Awesome brother. Hopefully ine day i will learn alll this. Im gona try my hardest to keep up w u guys. Soo should i start with like 10 or 12ml of grow to make sure i dont go over 700 ppm?
I do know how to read ph but thats it. I know ppm stands for parts per million and idk ab ec or anything else.
