looks good brother!
I like that its moist but yet I see a speckled dry piece here and there. To me that says you are right about where we want to be on moisture in the coco...
Wisher said water(when I say water from now on it means water with nutes in it), every other day for the first week, or so to promote them roots..
Good tea feeding right now would be nice, but we teach you about that down the road.
Water at same time every day, cause plants like a schedule, and they always like fed early at lights on...

thats great.. In flower your gonna want to switch things up a little, because they might only drink a thumb tack today, but one day they will want a lot ,ore than that and they will want it at lights on. So to avoid drying out and the bad things that causes you will want to finagle the schedule of 12/12 closer to your wake up time...

Yeaah, that shouldnt be a problem. I could do 7am to 7pm n i usually wake up at 6:30 soo that would work out.

Btw, i dont recall ever asking or being given any advice on how far i should have the light from the plants? Ive just been keeping them like 2.5' away not too close to burn but close enough to get the most light it can. What u guys think?

Well hell 67 for a clone/ early veg aint bad..
If it wasnt for that horrific purple light, I would consider getting one..
But after the study come out at Harvard, that using them purple LEDS, with out approved eye-ware,
would make you sterile, I figured I would stay away from them..................................

Well I waited till it was a for sure thing, but I went ahead and scooped up that 24 pot system ebb and flow.. $100 just was too good a deal because I know thats where im gonna end up in the end, and the 24 pot system is 700
Its still new and in the plastic from the picture..
Fed ex only charged $38 so he didnt get hurt to bad...

I just see clones from the 24 spot turbo cloner going to the 24 pot system, with coco in the inserts, as a marriage made in heaven. I can try 1 week veg and flip. Then try 2 week veg and flip. 1 week veg/fan leaf removal/veg sec week/flip.. I really want SOG, pots squeezed together as tight as possible...

Ya i did the best research on what comes with the unit, and It looks as tho I have many of the pieces it uses for the lines. But i see a bag of them in the picture. And both pumps.
I just have too much adhd to wait on 6 plants to fill a canopy, esp if i was gonna go 8x8 with joey..
Ive always loved flood and drain, but too short of ceilings.

His my thinking boss. And yes, I still got to get a res. Guy was supposed to call me last weekend when he got some more in. They had feed grain in them for livestock. I can use that and they are food grade with removable top. He said 35.. I was gonna buy 2.
But my thinking is, im gonna prob sell my system at the hydro store. He doesnt have anything in there like that and it will be good advertisement till it sells..I ask 800 and see how close I can get to that. Im gonna sell my waterfarms for 200.00. Then I take that 1000 and buy me (2) 500 watt chilled diy.
Then when they are fixed and working, I sell both the hoods, fans, and ballast, with remote, and full selection of bulbs for as close to 500...
I keep my chiller and run a 8" ice cooler for my room temp control
(added bonus, they dont remove the humidity..

Just simpler, straight forward, with the ability to flood multiple times a day, including I get to control flood height... I get the protection of coco, and the automation of ebb and flow..
And 24 pots will build a canopy alot quicker than 6 in deep water culture..
And I dont feel like I have to relearn the wheel or use some damn expensive Uc roots,

The ph controller in the big 55 gal res will keep it pin point.
Yank the tent out and just use the room again.
Couple of the big reasons I decided this route, is the longer the plants lifecycle the higher chance of problems.
Nothing against the UC at all, and I plan to wallk the dog as best as I can, with it this run..

I want you to have them colas to cuz.
Its possible as you see, but you got to have your auto watering set up and zeroed in.
Do some bi-monthly flushes..
Dtw is nice!
Oh and them hoods really kept temps at canopy level in check..
If you can see any thing in them pics, you can see my environment was on excellent!
tent temps and canopy temps..
