I'm using cns17 bloom only. Coco. When the EC is 1.5 the pH is 5.9. Usually the EC is 1.6 and the pH is 5.8
I don't use ph up or PH down or Silica Blast.

I used 10% tap water a couple days ago and my ph screwed up. I thought!
Actually I think I ph'd it to 6.8 instead of 5.8
I used a ton of silica blast to get the ph to 6.8 (thinking it was at 5.8)
The next day I refill the res and adjusted the ph back down.
I totally forgot about that. :)
