Couple questions

Okay so i noticed over the past couple days ive gotten these spots on some fan leaves. They aren't on all of them. Just 2 old leaves and 1 new one. I thought it qas

I thought it was light burn so i moved my light back a little. But then i got it on a new leaft too. Did some reading and am kinda stumped. Doesnt seem to be effecting the plant but i dont wanna let it go either
