Here’s some Diesel pics from the mother in laws yard. She’s way ahead of mine

It has been around 45 degrees most nights for the last week.
Near Ottawa, On we haven't had much rain and the temps are still decent. No high winds YET. I'm watching.

The first plant to go down is the Raspberry Shoes from 7East. It's sticky and smells wonderful. I may be crazy but the skunk plants on either side aren't giving off a lot of skunk now. I've never looked into how plants close together affect each other but I think they do.

Looks like our weather, except the rain for us starts Wednesday and is predicted to go for 3 days.
I've got plants that could come down, but I want to push them a little further. But now I'm starting to panic 'cause one of them is in the dirt and those are big plants.
I'm gonna take a closer look at the trics, but I'm gonna haven'ta start harvest.

In the dirt it's time. It won't get better with a lot of wind and rain.

Damn, they're still not done. How in the world am I gonna restrain those flowers so they don't fall in the dirt when they get heavy? Wrap with trellis netting? I know, 'shoulda thought about that like most of the rest of y'all.' LOL

Misty mornings have been pretty regular the last couple of weeks. But I don't think the fungi like our cooler temps. cause the black spot and Septoria seem to be coasting about now. Good news, except the rain is coming, naturally. LOL

Took down, mostly, the Skunk #1 in the 12. I have another in a 7 gallon bag but I haven't chopped that yet.
Every branch had one or two spots of bud rot which surprised me. Especially since the sugar leaves had not died, so no tell tale clue, so i had to paw through every bud.

Good news, it had very little Septoria, and I know our weather was spectacular this year, but I'd like to think my spraying helped, a little.

Started in on the Afghan in the 12. I waffled for a couple hours, then chopped the top. After stripping many of the leaves I started seeing sparkles in the sun, which to me indicates clear trics. I almost stopped, but didn't. Think I chopped all of 1/3 of it. I'll finish tomorrow. (my aching back)

It’s for sure in harvest window cpur mine is about 2 weeks away give or take a few got to start somewhere you got lots to do more than me I feel you pain
You go girl crushing it this year 🫶🏻🪴
Bigal you are an inspiration being able to bounce back from that storm. Fortunately our coming rain is not accompanied with strong winds but I bought a reel of trellis netting (6" squares) to try and corral the flowers before they get heavy and break branches. Lots to do.

I do the same with mine cpurola i'll leave the rest as long as it takes to at least get cloudy. I'd be wetting my pants looking at the work left to do at your place. Cause of the weather here also plant has slowed way down in ripening. Take care of yourself you got alot of work ahead.

@Like2Grow, your advice was in my ear when I chopped the top. You're right, the upcoming weather would not be good for it, so, a little early. Smidge.
You'll be busy for a while and need some time to take things down.

I started today with a couple boxes of branches from the Raspberry Shoes. Trimming happens in the garage. I put a tarp down and sit on a chair to trim. The pile to the right of the chair in pic 2 is still to be trimmed as are the branches in the box. It will be at least another day trimming, then I'll go to washing and drying. Usual fencing used to hang dry. I pulled the root ball out and it's healthy looking.
