Creating media album help and contest question

I've been trying to create a personal media album and I'm having issues. It will let me create the album and upload pictures but when I try to save I get a server issue error, album saves but none of the pictures do. I've tried creating one for a few days now and on 2 different devices but I keep getting the same error. Pictures will post fine if I reply to someone's thread or make a post but can't get them to save to an album.
Also if you enter a contest or giveaway, do they contact winners and you provide an address then or is there somewhere in profile settings we have to add are shipping address to?
