Curing Help Needed

Hey so I think I messed up in curing my weed. We're growing up in northern Cali and I don't know if you guys heard but a little bit back that Japanese typhoon hit so we had to harvest everything in a rush. Anyway, I have my weed curing in 5 gallon buckets but I never trimmed them or anything. I burp them every day, but they still smell like grass. The bud is killer though very crystally, I just hate the smell. Is this just a thing where I need to stick to it and it'll work out, do I have to trim up all bud and use something else, or is my bud just going to smell like hay no matter what? Thanks.

Need to remove the fans and sugar leaves. What's the rh inside the bucket?

I would move to paper bags to let them finish curing, assuming the area's RH doesn't drop too low. I never trim before drying and curing, get both actions done first.

My other concern is that, due to the depth of the bucket, if you're not turning the product over and around, you're missing mold.
