So with a new 48x48 or 4x4, I have a spiderfarm sf1000 and marz hydro ts1000.

Those two together, do you think that will be a good enough coverage for a full 4 plants or would I be safer doing 3 in a triangle form?

In my never to be humble opinion, with your set-up and no mention of strain or training, anything more than 2 plants will result in reduced yield.

Yeah you could do 2 or 1 plant. Just as good. Little bit of extra veg time. Some plant training.
