ran into a new club with ltr, yesterday. the chef was a riot. he and his mother live n chronic pain.
turns out he's a 5 diamond chef. omg!!!! i had so much fun, trying to remember my host n still appreciate this man. i KNOW he had coleslaw and HE was making his own lunch, as he spun his wings for g... WHICH SHE LOVED, when i got em home.
sooo... I've been to MAYBE 3, 5 diamond restaurants n my life and the s chef certainly didn't make it 2' from me... he wanted to do something special for g...
he spent at least a half hour, talkin to me & makin this coleslaw, with dots of any fresh ingredient, within reach... stuck in a spoon, tasted it and said it was his new recipe... HOLY KWRAP! SOOO COOL! LTR tried it... not so much. i can't eat away from a toidy so... and i don't do foreign toidys "to that end"...
he packed her the entire mixing bowl... she ate the entire mixing bowl.
i knew what he had done, would've cost me over 2$$, to experience. I'm certain will Smith, paid more... yes, i asked him to name drop. i stopped him at smith. wow!
i hid another tip, under his ingredients... had to. what a beautiful, man.
i know an f&b director in vegas... an acquaintance, but an acquaintance i spent many hrs, researching owc investment properties, for so we'll c. the man, ideally, wants to fire up his own food tlr. um... um... um... i forget... o, but! the f&b went into biz for himself so... i dunno how he left things... wasn't my place to ask.
o and i had to order g his burger as that's what he chose, with all his skillz... umm... it was "larry the roofer's night"... he didn't "know" the cost, not that it matters to a man who cooks 3 chickens n 3 rib eyes, as a matter of course, for his dozer. so... sigh... o man... no burger, for g. such a mouthwatering burger...
the cake... had to wave off. he intended it to b eatin, on site. sigh... I'm sure it's phenom. not one bite...
